Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Ordea Craft Minecraft server, website (ordea.us), or Discord server, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use any of these services. If you are under 18 and want to make a purchase, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Do not share your login credentials. Certain features require linking your Discord and Minecraft accounts together, and bans on one platform can carry over to the others.

3. Rules

No cheating, no exploiting, no harassment, no toxicity. This applies across the Minecraft server, Discord, and the website. Staff reserve the right to warn, mute, temporarily ban, or permanently ban players at their discretion. Chat and activity may be monitored for moderation and safety.

4. Purchases

Store purchases such as ranks, items, and perks are virtual goods. You are purchasing a license to use them in-game. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust, rebalance, or retire any item at any time. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact staff before taking any other action. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details never touch our servers - they are sent directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only the non-sensitive transaction data needed to deliver your purchase (transaction ID, amount, product, and your linked Minecraft username). By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not currently collect sales tax, VAT, or GST. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase under your local laws. Purchased items are delivered to your linked Minecraft account in-game, typically within seconds. If the server is offline at the time of purchase, delivery is queued and will be retried automatically when the server comes back online.

5. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions (currently the Ordea+ subscription) are billed monthly to your saved payment method until you cancel. The renewal charge is processed automatically by Stripe on the same calendar day each month. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription button on your store page, which opens the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period; your subscription perks remain active through the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

6. Content

Content you create or post through our services remains yours. By using our platform, you grant us the right to display, use, and moderate that content. We reserve the right to remove anything that violates the rules.

7. Disclaimers

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make every effort to keep things running, but we cannot guarantee uptime and are not responsible for lost items, progress, or data. We rely on third-party platforms including Discord and Mojang/Microsoft, and issues on their end are outside our control.

8. General

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
