1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ordea Craft Minecraft server, our website at ordea.us, or our Discord server (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You need to be at least 13 to use our Services. If you're under 18 and want to make a purchase, you need a parent or guardian's permission first. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 13 will be terminated.
3. Accounts
Keep your Minecraft and Discord accounts secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Some features on the website and server require you to link your Discord and Minecraft accounts together. If you get banned on one platform, that ban can carry over to the others. You can unlink your accounts through the website, but this can only be done once.
4. Rules and Moderation
Follow the server rules. No cheating, no exploiting bugs, no harassment, no toxicity. This applies across the Minecraft server, our Discord, and the website. If you break the rules, staff can warn, mute, temp-ban, or permanently ban you at their discretion. Chat within our Services may be monitored for moderation and safety.
5. Store Purchases
Everything in our store (ranks, items, perks) is a virtual good that only exists on the Ordea Craft server. You're buying a license to use them in-game, not actual property. They have no real-world cash value and can't be traded or cashed out. We can adjust, rebalance, or retire any item or rank at any time.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
Sales are final. Virtual items are delivered instantly, so refunds aren't typically available. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact staff first and we will do our best to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban across all Services.
7. Content You Create
Anything you post or create through our Services (builds, gallery art, chat messages, tickets, shop listings) is still yours. But by putting it on our platform, you give us permission to display, use, and moderate it. We can remove anything that breaks our rules or that we find inappropriate.
8. Bans and Termination
We can suspend or ban you from any or all of our Services at any time if we feel it's necessary. Bans can span across the Minecraft server, Discord, and the website. If you get banned for breaking the rules, you won't receive a refund on past purchases.
9. Availability and Warranties
We run everything on an “as-is” basis. Servers go down sometimes for maintenance, updates, or just unexpected issues. We do our best to keep things running, but we can't promise 100% uptime and we are not liable for lost progress, items, or data if something goes wrong.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ordea Craft and its staff aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages that come from using (or not being able to use) our Services. That includes lost items, lost progress, or anything along those lines.
11. Third-Party Platforms
We depend on Mojang/Microsoft for Minecraft and Discord for community and authentication. Those platforms have their own terms that apply to you separately. If Discord goes down or Mojang changes something, that's outside our control.
12. Updates to These Terms
We might update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last Updated” date above. If you keep using our Services after a change, that counts as accepting the new terms.
13. General
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our decision not to enforce a provision at any given time does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
