Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers all data collected through the Ordea Craft Minecraft server, website (ordea.us), Discord server, and Discord bot. By using any of these services, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Discord ID, username, and avatar upon login. Minecraft UUID and username when you link your account.
• Activity: gameplay statistics, chat messages, support tickets, gallery submissions, and other content you create through our services.
• Technical data: IP addresses, browser information, and session cookies for authentication and abuse prevention.
• Purchase data: when you make a store purchase, we receive a Stripe transaction ID, customer ID, amount, currency, product purchased, and a Stripe risk assessment from the payment processor. We do not receive or store your credit card number, CVC, or full bank details - those are handled directly by Stripe.

3. How We Use It

Your data is used to authenticate accounts, link Discord and Minecraft profiles, display public statistics and leaderboards, handle support requests, enforce server rules, and prevent ban evasion. Usernames and gameplay stats are publicly visible on the site and through the Discord chat bridge. Staff may access account details and moderation history as needed. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention and Security

Account data is retained as long as your accounts remain linked. Moderation logs, ban records, and TOS consent records are kept indefinitely for enforcement purposes. Session cookies expire automatically. We use a single encrypted session cookie and do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is fully immune to breach.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Discord for authentication and community features, and Mojang / Microsoft for Minecraft account verification. Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle your data. We do not perform any cross-site tracking.

Store purchases are processed by Stripe. When you check out, the payment form is loaded directly from Stripe and your card details are sent only to them - they never reach our servers. Stripe stores your billing information, processes the charge, and runs fraud-detection (Stripe Radar) on the transaction. We receive only the resulting transaction ID, the amount, the product purchased, and a non-sensitive risk assessment, which we use to deliver the purchase and to investigate fraud. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment data they hold.

6. Your Rights

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Note that certain records such as ban history may be retained for enforcement purposes. You can unlink your accounts at any time through the website. 7. Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
