This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Ordea Craft Minecraft server, our website (ordea.us), our Discord server, and the Discord bot (the “Services”). If you use our Services, you agree to what's described here.

2. What We Collect

Below is a summary of the data we collect and process:

  • Account info: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar when you log in; your Minecraft UUID and username when you link your account.
  • Gameplay stats: playtime, blocks broken, mobs killed, and other activity the Minecraft server tracks.
  • Messages: Discord messages in our server may be logged for moderation. Support tickets and gallery submissions are stored for staff review.
  • Technical info: IP addresses, browser user agent, and session cookies for login and abuse prevention.
  • Consent records: a timestamp and your account info when you accept the Terms of Service.

3. Why We Collect It

We use the data above to:

  • Keep you logged in and verify who you are
  • Connect your Discord and Minecraft accounts
  • Show player stats and live map data on the website
  • Handle support tickets and review submitted content
  • Enforce rules and issue punishments when needed
  • Catch abuse and prevent ban evasion
  • Run the chat bridge between Minecraft and Discord

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (when you accept our Terms), our legitimate interest in keeping the Services safe and operational, and the agreement between us under the Terms of Service.

4. Who Sees Your Data

We do not sell your data. Some of it is visible in certain contexts:

  • Public: your Minecraft username, stats, and activity show up on the website (leaderboards, live map, shops, auction house) and in Discord through the chat bridge.
  • Staff: our team can view your account details, tickets, and moderation history to run the server.
  • Third parties Discord handles authentication and Mojang/Microsoft handles Minecraft account lookups. Their own privacy policies apply.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe, but no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that a breach will never happen, but we take measures to prevent one.

6. How Long We Keep It

Your linked account data is retained as long as your accounts are linked. If you unlink, the connection between your Discord and Minecraft accounts is removed. Moderation logs, TOS consent records, and unlink history are retained as they are necessary for enforcement and record-keeping. Session data expires automatically.

7. Cookies

We use a single encrypted cookie to keep you logged into the website. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

You must be at least 13 to use our Services. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and if we discover that a user is underage, we will remove their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our Services, please contact us and we will address it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

  • Ask for a copy of the data we have on you
  • Ask us to fix something that's wrong
  • Ask us to delete your data (though we may need to keep certain records like ban history)
  • Unlink your accounts yourself at any time through the website
  • Stop using the Services whenever you want

10. Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, so Do Not Track signals are not applicable. We do not perform any cross-site tracking.
